DELIVERY SERVICES
We offer standard delivery of 3-5 working days within the UK and 5-7 days working days within the Republic of Ireland for paints and tools.
Orders are processed weekdays only, please allow full delivery window for orders placed over weekends and bank holidays.
Orders consisting of multiple items may be packed separately and arrive in multiple boxes.
Delivery service in the UK is facilitated by Fedex and in the Republic of Ireland by UPS. We reserve the right to use alternative partners.
At periods of peak demand, adverse weather conditions, December holiday or forces outside of our control delivery times may be extended.
A5 paper samples are dispatched next working day, separate to paint orders, via Royal Mail (UK) or An Post (ROI). Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.
DELIVERY CHARGES
UK - England, Wales, Scotland (excluding remote areas) £4.99. Free with orders over £50.
UK - remote areas £9.99. Free with orders over £100.
Republic of Ireland €5.99. Free with orders over €50.
Wet Paint samples (40ml and 125ml sizes) qualify for free delivery when an order for 4 x 40ml or 4 x 125ml is placed. If ordered in combination with other paints or tools standard shipping rates above apply.
Delivery of A5 paper samples is free.
We are currently unable to deliver to the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands or to P.O. Box addresses.
