To help us investigate your complaint quickly, please provide as much information as possible, including:

• Batch number (if applicable)
• Order number
• Photographs of the issue, where relevant

We'll review your enquiry and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

You can use this information to follow your order's progress and view the latest delivery updates from the courier.

If you haven't received your dispatch confirmation or believe your order is delayed, please contact our Customer Relations team.

Delivery times vary depending on the products you've ordered and your delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can monitor its progress.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you can return eligible items within 28 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days of an approved return being received.

You can order:

A5 Colour Samples – painted with real Crown Paints colour and ideal for viewing shades in different lighting conditions around your home.

40ml Matchpots – perfect for testing colour directly on your walls, available on selected shades and ranges.

125ml Sample Pots – ideal for testing larger areas and exploring bold colour schemes.

Sampling colour in your own space is the best way to see how lighting, room orientation and surrounding décor can affect the final look.

Yes. Crown Paints plastic and metal paint tins can be recycled once they are completely empty.

You can:

• Take empty tins to your nearest Crown Decorating Centre for recycling
• Recycle them through your local authority's recycling scheme, where accepted

Please do not dispose of leftover paint in drains, watercourses or household waste systems. Any unused paint should be taken to an authorised local waste disposal facility.
