Delivery Services

We deliver paint, decorating tools and accessories throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Standard Delivery

• UK: Delivery within 3 working days

• Republic of Ireland: Delivery within 5 working days

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day. Please allow additional time for delivery during these periods.

During times of high demand, severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be extended.

Next Day Delivery

• UK: Order before 12pm for next day delivery*

*Order by 12pm (Monday–Friday) for same-day dispatch.

Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please note: Next working day delivery is subject to courier capacity and circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, traffic disruption, industrial action, and other unforeseen events. While we make every effort to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur.

Paint Sample Delivery

A5 Colour Samples are dispatched separately from paint and decorating orders.

• Dispatched the next working day

• Delivered via Royal Mail (UK) or An Post (Republic of Ireland)

• Delivery is free of charge

• Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery

Please note that paint samples and product orders may arrive separately.

Multiple Parcel Deliveries

Orders containing multiple items may be packed and dispatched separately. This means your order could arrive in more than one parcel and on different delivery dates.

Paint Sample Delivery

Free delivery on all A5 Colour Sample orders.

If Matchpots or Sample Pots are purchased alongside paint, decorating tools or accessories, standard delivery charges will apply.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

Our delivery partners include FedEx in the UK and UPS in the Republic of Ireland. We may occasionally use alternative courier services to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Remote Area Deliveries

Additional delivery charges apply to selected remote locations within the UK.

Remote area postcodes include:

• AB31–38, AB41–45, AB51–56
• FK19–21
• IV1–28, IV30–32, IV36, IV40–49, IV51–56
• KA27–28
• KW1–17
• PA20–49, PA60–78, PA80
• PH15–26, PH30–44, PH49–50
• ZE

Some postcode sectors within AB42, PH1 and PH5–10 may qualify for standard delivery. The correct delivery charge will be shown during checkout.

Delivery Restrictions

We are currently unable to deliver to:

• Northern Ireland

• Isle of Man

• Isles of Scilly

• Channel Islands

• P.O. Box addresses

What Happens After I Place My Order?

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

When your order has been dispatched, we'll send a second email confirming shipment and providing tracking details where available.

If you've ordered multiple items, they may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.
