Returns & Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are accepted on the following criteria.
- If your delivery is damaged in transit.
- If you experience a performance problem within a reasonable time, providing the manufacturer's application, use and storage recommendations are followed. Attention is drawn to application and usage information on the reverse of all paint products.
- If you've changed your mind about your purchase, it can be returned within 28 days of purchase, only in its original condition and with proof of purchase. By original condition, the item should be unopened, unused and undamaged.
- If your order has not been delivered within the specified time frame.
To request a return, or report any product issues, please complete the short form below. Our Customer Relations Team will log your request and contact you to outline the process.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
On confirmation of the return a refund will be issued.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to appear in your account once your items have been returned.
All refunds will be made back to the original payment method.
